This area is situated between Cala Mayor, renowned for its beach and the Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Spanish royal family as well as Illetas, home to another sandy beach popular amongst the citizens of Palma.
On the way from Cas Català to our office in the luxurious marina of Puerto Portals with its fashionable shops and cafés, one passes the Royal Bendinat Golf Club. The office is also just across the street from the Ágora International School.
