Llucmajor is the most extensive municipality of the island of Majorca within the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It has several first class touristic centres such as Cala Pi, Cala Blava and El Arenal. Llucmajor was always well-known for its stock farming and agriculture. The municipality is also an important industrial centre for shoes, sausages, liqueur and outstanding craftsmanship of stone.
