Surrounded by almost 125 hectares of land, this rustic-style finca is located close to Puigderrós in the municipality of Llucmajor. It is set adjacent to the golf club of Maioris, while the seemingly endless sandy beach of the Playa de Palma is just a short drive away. Palma de Mallorca can be reached within a 30 minutes´ drive.
The finca in Mallorca consists of two residential buildings (one of them for the owners and one for caretakers), various stables and a barn. The residential buildings are in good condition, while the stables need to be reformed according to the use desired by the new owner. The land is classified as rustic and therefore cannot be developed. Currently, it is used as a private hunting ground.
Llucmajor is the most extensive municipality of the island of Majorca within the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It belongs to the region of Migjorn and is to be found at only a 25 minutes distance from the capital, Palma, and 20 minutes from the airport. It has several first class touristic centres such as Cala Pi, Cala Blava and El Arenal. Llucmajor was always well-known for its stock farming and agriculture. The municipality is also an important industrial centre for shoes, sausages, liqueur and outstanding craftsmanship of stone.
